The WEAK symbolizes the dwindling middle class and the poor sector of our society. The WICKED represents the proven corrupt and evil members of the powerful clan of political dynasties.
The WEAK are the victims. The WICKED are the vampire members of political dynasties who grow fat and enrich themselves by sucking the blood (taxpayers’ money) of the victims.
Massive CORRUPTION is the tool used to gulp and drink drums after drums of blood from the coffer of the government.
The erosion of the middle class, the prevailing poor living condition of the majority of the population, the increasing hunger incidence being suffered by the poor and the poorest of the poor and the widening gap of the rich and the poor are the resultant effects of wicked dynasties both in politics and business.
Indeed, for generation the wicked politicians were able to win the election and occupied most seats in government and then award government projects, twist the system and enact laws all favoring their families and their cohorts in business.
Is there something wrong with a political dynasty? How will you legally identify the members of political dynasties? Do we have the legal means to identify who and who are not members of political dynasties? Can we legally bar the identified members of political dynasty to participate in the election?

Political dynasty by itself is a strange creature…a vampire. Unfortunately we can rightfully determine and identify the vampires, but our Constitution by itself did not provide as the mechanism to define and identify legally who and who shall not be classified as members of a political dynasty.
Those who drafted the Philippines Constitution provided a provision against political dynasty, but failed or rather deliberately did not define what a political dynasty means. They delegated to the members of the congress the responsibility to define what a political dynasty is and how to go about enacting an enabling a law for the implementation of the provision against political dynasties.
We live in a democracy where the electorate or the voters are left to freely decide whom they will vote for and the collective choice of the people will be declared as the winners in the election. A law against political dynasty will curtail the freedom of choice of the people to select and elect their chosen leaders.
If this is the case and the prevailing scenario in our society then how will the weak go against the wicked? How will the weak triumphs over evil? How will the weak be able to correctly identify who are the members of the political dynasty are?
Here is the latest news!!!
The LP and UNA senate bets dominates the race for the 2013 Philippines Senate as shown by the most recent result of election surveys. No surprises. Nothing is new. The result of the survey is what everybody expects.
Are those senatorial candidates who dominate the results of the recent surveys members of political dynasties? Are they wicked? Or they are what the president’s saying as part of the P’noy team of “TUWID NA DAAN”? Or some of them are what the president’s saying as pretenders and just riding on the tide of “TUWID NA DAAN” and deliberately wearing the yellow shirt to mislead the people.
Or the real candidates who will champion the cause of the poor and the middle class are languishing at the bottom of the list of the candidates?
The common people know what they want. We want good governance. We want corruption in government to be reduced to the barest possible. We want a better life for the majority of our people. We want our children to be schooled in the best learning institutions. We want everybody to live a decent life.
We also know that hundreds of thousands of our people are sleeping without roof on their heads and without foods on their table. We also know that hundreds of thousands of sick poor people are just lying on their sick bed with their families helplessly watching them to die painfully and slowly without being attended by a doctor or was deliberately not brought in the hospital for lack of money.
It is very painful to see your love one suffers, hearing their shout of pains as they beg for medications or pain killers or the hopeless wish to just die instantly so that their sufferings will end. It will make you cry. It will make you angry. Worse you may even curse the world and end up crying again.

The clamor against political dynasties is drawing support…organizing…growing and making left and right noises in prints, in radio airwaves, TV and of course the endless posting and comments in social media.
Yet the noise is not so loud. The mainstream media seems to be reluctant and cold to the idea of putting oil to the frying fan. The coldness of the mainstream media, deliberate or not, to launch a fierce campaign against political dynasties is of course expected.
Most of them simply work and are paid workers that serve the interest of the controlling political and business dynasties prevailing in our society. For business consideration, the mainstream media’s clients, owners and or partners in large part are members of political and business dynasties in our country. There may be balance reporting, but I doubt if there will be one (print, radio or TV) who will launch a fierce and relentless campaign against political dynasties. Hope that someone will stand above all to champion the prohibition in our Constitution against political dynasty.
Can we individually and collectively change the situation in our society? With the use of the social media, we can fiercely and loudly campaign against the wicked members of political dynasties.
The cyber crime law is still on-hold and under the scrutiny of the highest law of the land. If the Supreme Court finally sends a green light for the law to take effect then the claw of the wicked hands will simply put pressures for people who voice their opinions. Court cases after court cases can be filed to anyone even though you did not violate any single provision of the law just to pressure and seal the mouth of one and all that possess the guts to express their opinion. The cost of law suit is very prohibitive and poor people like you and me will not be able to afford and fight for our rights.
With or without the cyber crime law, I am not encouraging anyone to post derogatory remarks. Let us all observe the law of the land. Let us be governed by the golden rule “DO NOT DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU DO NOT WANT OTHERS TO DO UNTO YOU”
What I am saying and is encouraging is for us to lit the candle of hope and blow the trumpet so loud, repeatedly and endlessly until everybody is aware of what is good for our country.
Let us create a top of mind awareness against political dynasty. Our first and foremost reason against political dynasty is that the prohibition against it is entrenched in our Constitution.
Let us help individually and collectively by exercising our right of suffrage to influence the result of the 2013 midterm election.
Comparatively, dictators are removed from their seat of power through people power or via revolution. The on-going Syrian movement to oust their president is taking a toll to hundreds or thousands of lives. The great Cardinal Sin led people power that catapulted Ms. Corazon Aquino, the democracy icon and mother of the current Philippines president, to the presidency and successfully ousted the strong man without bloodshed.
The challenge to oppose the political dynasty in the days of the social media is also possible. If the middle class and or every users of social media will post and share good articles that discusses the ill effects of political dynasty until such time that a considerable number of the electorates realizes the need to choose and elect candidates that will best serve our country then a change will be possible without the people going to the streets and launch mammoth rallies and demonstrations.
Yes, it is possible. More than 3 out of 10 Filipino uses the internet and are very active in social media particularly FB, Twitter and Google+. Social Media are not owned by Philippines political and business dynasties and are therefore a good and effective tool to propagate campaigns.
Do not vote for the wicked members of political dynasties. By law, any wicked member or members of the political dynasties remains to be strange creatures that are not legally identifiable. We are not born yesterday, if the law cannot identify the members of the political dynasties of which the constitution has a prohibition, we know who they are.
The good names of good politicians must be protected. The names of the wicked politicians must be protected as well because destroying their names without lawful reason is against our law.
In the end it is you and me and our society as a whole who will be the one to choose our next leaders and we deserve whatever the consequences of our choices.
Unless there are manipulating hands that will magically, conventionally, electronically and technologically stole our wishes through massive, selective and technical election frauds. In such a case, the long arms of the wicked will again defeat the voice of the people.
The weak must triumph over the wicked members of political dynasties. Let us start a peaceful, legal and constructive revolution against the wicked political and business dynasties whose dirty hands systematically pocketed the taxpayers’ money resulting to the erosion of the middle class and the prolong agony and sufferings of our people.
I hope we can say good-bye to corrupt political and business dynasties in our land. Together, we can make it happen.
